New Member Orientation

Our trainer will meet with you to demonstrate proper use of the cardiovascular equipment and strength training, multi-station gym. This service will include a tour of the locker room facilities, fitness studio and aquatic centre and answer any questions you may have about our fitness services.

Fitness Consultation

Benefit from a private consultation to determine your fitness needs and goals, and obtain assistance in adopting a healthier lifestyle. Our fitness consultation is recommended for those looking to make a lifestyle change.

Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment

Receive a comprehensive personalized fitness evaluation conducted by one of our Certified Fitness Consultant. You will receive information on your aerobic capacity, flexibility, body composition, strength and muscular endurance. Goal setting, counselling and exercise guidelines will assist you in developing a plan of action.

Body Composition Assessment

A health-related approach, this assessment combines body weight and height (body mass index), adiposity (sum of five skin folds), and fat distribution (waist circumference) to determine your measure of health and fitness.
