Golf Digest panel ranks their favorite places to play and stay.

Golf Digest's course-rating panel, a group of more than 1000 low-handicap golfers, rated hundreds of resorts in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, on a scale of 1 to 10, then averaged their ratings and multiplied the result by 10 to come up with a score for each. They looked at various criteria including the quality of golf, lodging, food and service. Fox Harb'r Resort received an overall score of 83 by the Golf Digest raters.
