Spa Etiquette

Appointment

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you book your spa appointment when you make your resort reservation. Make a reservation online or call us toll free at (866) 257-1801 or directly at (902) 257-4307.

Attire

You will be provided with a plush robe and sandals upon your arrival

Pre-Treatment

Please do not shave within 24 hours of your body treatment or pedicure to avoid skin irritation.

Communication Devices

To preserve the tranquility of the spa for yourself and the other guests, please do not bring cell phones or any other communication device with you.

Arrival

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to avoid reduction in your service time.

Refreshments

Our spa menu is available to all guests.

Gratuities

An automatic 15% gratuity for services will be included with your bill.

Receipts

Therapeutic massages may be covered under your extended health insurance plans. Please request a receipt for these services.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. A full refund is provided if notification is over 24 hours. 50% refund is provided if notified within 4-24 hours. Cancellations made within 4 hours or failure to turn up to an appointment results in full charges being applied.
