Sheltered from the elements, the self-guided program allows for guests to flow through experiences together, along with quiet spaces for deep contemplation.

With expansive views towards the ocean, the Bio-Sauna is enlivened by the sizzle of Nova Scotian aromatherapy snowballs smashed onto the hot rocks and is further enhanced with soundscapes of oceanic rhythms. Seasonal botanicals and locally sourced floral essences offer a detoxification for body and mind in our Aromatherapy Steam.
