Our brand-new Contrast Therapy Circuit with hot and cold thermal experiences provides guests with intentional, deeply therapeutic places for bathing, rest and performance recovery. Sheltered from the elements, the self-guided program allows for guests to flow through experiences together, along with quiet spaces for deep contemplation.

With expansive views towards the ocean, the Bio-Sauna is enlivened by the sizzle of Nova Scotian aromatherapy snowballs smashed onto the hot rocks and is further enhanced with soundscapes of oceanic rhythms. Seasonal botanicals and locally sourced floral essences offer a detoxification for body and mind in our Aromatherapy Steam. The cool contrasts are offered through Experience Showers with water massage enhancements, an Ice Alter body scrub, and a Cold Plunge – all mood boosting, resilience-building practices.  At the conclusion of your self-guided circuit, The Salt Lounge provides a warm, cozy chamber where guests can recline and drift away cocooned in a therapeutic, salt-infused ambience.
